As a Customer Delivery Project Manager at Stacuity, you will oversee client engagements from planning through to delivery. Working remotely, with periodic on-site client visits and occasional team meetings on the Isle of Man. You will own the project lifecycle—ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and internal alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Lead the full project lifecycle—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and hand over to “in life” operations—ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Client Engagement: Act as primary point of contact for client delivery, aligning with stakeholders, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate when necessary.
• Resource Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, QA, etc.) to allocate resources effectively and maintain schedules.
• Status Reporting: Provide regular updates (reports, dashboards, meetings) to clients and internal leadership.
• Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned, share best practices, and drive process enhancements to elevate delivery quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years managing delivery projects, preferably in technology, consulting, or professional services.
• Client-Facing Skills: Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Project Management Expertise: Solid understanding of project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid approaches), tools like Monday.com, DevOps, Jira etc.
• Organizational Skills: Strong prioritization, time management, budgeting, and scheduling abilities.
• Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with ability to quickly resolve issues and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Remote Work Proficiency: Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable managing projects virtually while coordinating across time zones.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
• Experience in sectors related to Stacuity’s work (e.g. mobile network infrastructure and SaaS solutions
• Familiarity with agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
• Travel flexibility and experience with on-site customer delivery.
