Supports the manager in supervising housekeeping and facilities operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Acts as point of contact in the manager’s absence and helps in staff training, scheduling, and operational oversight. Areas of cleaning will be multiple properties across the Isle of Man.

Support housekeeping, restaurant, and common area operations across multiple properties. Supervise teams, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements: 3+ years in housekeeping/facilities management experience in multi-property housekeeping/facilities, leadership skills, team management and knowledge of safety standards.

• 3+ years in housekeeping/facilities management with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in hospitality and corporate facilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and manage staff.
