Responsible for overseeing the overall cleanliness, hygiene, health & safety, and presentation of all properties under management, including hotels, restaurants, guest houses, offices, and common areas. Ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, budget adherence, and a superior guest/tenant experience. Leads, trains, and motivates the housekeeping, facilities, and health & safety teams while driving continuous improvement and sustainability.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in multi-property housekeeping/facilities management; 3 years in team leadership.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience in health & safety management within hospitality, facilities, or F&B environments
• Excellent communication skills in English
