To support the International Business in complying with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standards (CRS) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

**Technical and Tax Reporting        **

• Facilitating technical training where appropriate to share knowledge and support continuous development.
• Liaising with local tax authorities to ensure compliance.
• Analysis of data on a periodic basis to ensure that data reported to the regulators is correct
• FATCA CRS annual data submission to IOMTD is on time.
• Ensuring all own work is completed within the team’s SLAs and high-quality standards
• Supporting the wider team to meet timely and accurate regulatory reporting requirements.
• Continual review and improvement of current processes and procedures

**Process Management        **

• Act as a point of escalation for complex queries.
• Making key decisions and recommendations as required on reporting requirements.
• Provide support to BAU as required.
• Proactive, solutions-based approach to understanding issues which arise and then able to implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.

**Self -Management  **

• Be responsible and accountable for own personal development.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies including risk, compliance and HR policies and responsible for regulatory reporting.

**Projects        **

• Act as a SME as applicable for FATCA & CRS Processes.

• Knowledge and understanding of FATCA/CRS regulations in locations where reporting is required.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Able to contribute to complex processes/change initiatives.
• Strong mind-set for continuous improvement.

• Previous Life office experience is desirable but not essential
• Previous FATCA / CRS knowledge is essential
